The full payment is made up of a non-refundable £800/£850 deposit and the remaining balance.
If you cancel a booking for either the Spring or Autumn Creative Retreats or Food Writing Bland Badger reserves the right to retain your £800/£850 deposit and only the balance is refundable. Spring: up to and including 14 March 2025 after which time no refunds can be given. Autumn: up to and including 23 August 2025. Food Writing: up to and including 30 August 2025 after which time no refunds can be given.
However, if you can provide a substitute guest we will accept them in your place up to and including 4 weeks before the retreat.
